THE FISHING

The fish-rich waters of La Gomera offers the best fishing in the Canary Islands. It is a year-round fishery with Atlantic blue marlin, monster bluefin tuna, white marlin, spearfish, bigeye tuna, yellowfin tuna, dolphinfish (dorado or mahi-mahi), wahoo and albacore being the primary targets.

We support the Billfish Foundation and release all blue marlin and bluefin tuna we catch and often release other species as well. If you want to keep your catch (other than blue marlin and bluefin tuna) that’s entirely possible, within reason.
